If you have been accused of committing a crime, I will use all and any means to defend you. If you have been harmed by a crime, I will make sure that you receive fair compensation. If you suspect that someone is committing a crime, I will draw up such a criminal complaint which will not be swept under the carpet by the policemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>In the course of criminal proceedings, I offer the following services:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>defending the person accused of committing a crime or a misdemeanour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>representing the injured parties and enforcing the payment of compensation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drawing up criminal complaints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attending investigative actions as well as court and administrative proceedings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicating with law enforcement bodies and officials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assistance when it comes to potential use of the so-called deflections (arranging the agreement on the guilt and penalty, agreements with the injured parties, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drawing up written statements for the police, public prosecutor\u00b4s offices and courts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enforcing the claims for compensation against the state for of unlawful criminal prosecution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>representation in front of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can rely on me during criminal proceedings.
