I am an attorney-at-law for every life story.
I provide legal services when it comes to stories which are happy or sad, one-time situations or long-term cases, in both personal and business matters.
I say this with exaggeration, but a good attorney shall partially be a psychologist too. An attorney needs to understand not only her client, but also the opposing party and the decision-making body.
That is the reason why I always aim at understanding the initial positions, intentions and motivations of all parties involved. It is my goal to connect them into such a solution which will give you satisfaction.
If it is at all possible, I intend to guide you towards an agreement. Any court proceedings, even if they are successful in the end, tend to be not only expensive, but also time-consuming and stressful. I will negotiate the best conditions of an agreement for you.
If an agreement is impossible to reach, I am prepared to defend your interests in front of a court.
I have plenty of experience with conducting proceedings in front of courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights. In the courtroom, I act calmly and vigorously at the same time. I am not afraid of confronting the opposing party, should it be necessary.
Before we commence our cooperation, I shall discuss advantages and disadvantages of all potential approaches – humanly, directly and openly. I shall assess your situation from all angles, inform you of the current decision-making practice of courts and outline potential outcomes. I do not hide the risks of failure or high expenses from you.
Regardless of all the information and advice I provide you with, it is still up to you to make all the decisions at all times. I do not perform anything without your knowledge, and I respect all your legal instructions without reservation.
I am looking forward to standing by your side while you write your life story, whatever it may turn out to be. I shall do my best to protect your rights and interests in the chapters we write together.
