You can rely on me during criminal proceedings. Regardless of whether the criminal proceedings are conducted against you, or you are the injured party on the other hand, I shall stand by your side. If you have been accused of committing a crime, I will use all and any means to defend you. If you have been harmed by a crime, I will make sure that you receive fair compensation. If you suspect that someone is committing a crime, I will draw up such a criminal complaint which will not be swept under the carpet by the policemen.
In the course of criminal proceedings, I offer the following services:
- defending the person accused of committing a crime or a misdemeanour
- representing the injured parties and enforcing the payment of compensation

- attending investigative actions as well as court and administrative proceedings
- communicating with law enforcement bodies and officials
- assistance when it comes to potential use of the so-called deflections (arranging the agreement on the guilt and penalty, agreements with the injured parties, etc.)
- drawing up written statements for the police, public prosecutor´s offices and courts
- enforcing the claims for compensation against the state for of unlawful criminal prosecution
- representation in front of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg
