We shall always agree upon the remuneration for my legal services in advance.

• I offer the initial meeting in the duration of one hour, during which we shall discuss the fundamental issues of your case and propose the subsequent steps, for a discounted price of CZK 1,500 / hour without VAT (CZK 1,815 including VAT).

• Should we agree upon further cooperation, we will also negotiate the remuneration for my legal services. This remuneration is based on the complexity and vastness of your case. The standard hour rate for providing legal services in Czech language amounts to CZK 2,500 without VAT (CZK 3,025 including VAT). In case of providing legal services in English, the standard hour rate amounts to CZK 3,500 without VAT (CZK 4,235 including VAT).

Besides my hourly rate, we may agree upon the following types of remuneration:

• percentage remuneration (based on the conclusion of the dispute)

• act-based remuneration (based on the number of acts of legal services performed by the attorney)

• flat-rate monthly remuneration for regularly provided legal services

• lump-sum remuneration for the conclusion of the entire matter (regardless of the time consumption and complexity of the provided legal service)

• remuneration based on the value of the item which is the subject of the provided legal service
